Just as we should be careful with not thinking negatively, do your best to think about the good. Instead of looking at your losses, look at your blessings. Try to become hopeful and not hopeless. Good thoughts lead to good actions. One thing that may help is look at the good that is there. And most importantly, do not despair of the mercy of the Almighty no matter how bad things may seem.
Our own thoughts could be our worst enemy, it could also be of grate help to create our destiney by thinking positive. Think negetive and create hell for ourselves is what most of us are doing unknowingly. We should be aware of what we think, because our thought attracts the the things into our life. Thousands of thoughts would come into your mind every day, positive and negetive. Be careful and try to get rid of the negetive thoughts immediately. If you do not give your energy it cannot remain with you. Let it go just as it comes. Fill your energy field with positive energy so that negetive thoughts cannot intrude your energy field.
