My greatest wish is that my children will always know
just how much I love them and for the rest of their lives
will know that no matter what, I will always be there for
them, anyway I can.
My children are a gift and I will treasure mine forever
Don't wish me happiness - I don't expect to be happy it's gotten beyond that, somehow. Wish me courage and strength and a sense of humor - I will need them all.
~Anne Morrow Lindbergh
This is my wish for you: comfort on difficult days, smiles when sadness intrudes, rainbows to follow the clouds, laughter to kiss your lips, sunsets to warm your heart, hugs when spirits sag, beauty for your eyes to see, friendships to brighten your being, faith so that you can believe, confidence for when you doubt, courage to know yourself, patience to accept the truth, love to complete your life.
My children are the source of my strength, frustration, happiness, insanity, sanity, irritability. They are the definition of unconditional love.
I've learned that it's not what I have in my life but who I have in my life that counts. So, between God, my children, and the man I love, my life is complete.
