Since past is no longer and future is still, today is our day's bread, so better the present. Move on and keep searching. Acceptance of the past leads to peace in the moment.
Living in the moment is being aware in the moment we are in, If our minds are in the past or future we are not truly alive in the present !
But sometimes it's Easier said than done. I have complete faith in God. But God has given human beings a heart. Loss of family members , separation from family and uncertainty takes its toll. It takes time to come out of it. At the same time we should always pray to God to bless everyone and guide humanity to the right path. God blesses us with what we deserve and tests us withwhat we have. Oh God i ask you for your guidance.
Today, why don't you love a little deeper, laugh a little louder, hold the ones you love a little tighter. Because tomorrow is never promised.
