A satisfied life is better than a successful life. Because our success is measured by others, but our satisfaction is measured by our own soul, mind and heart.
Some of us disagree with that and they say: If you are successful, you are definitely satisfied. I don’t think I’d allow others to judge whether I’m successful or not, that is solely up to myself. I will be the judge of that, and if I am then I am contented and satisfied.
Who cares about the opinion of others about my personal success!? My Success is not measured by others it’s measured by the things I want to accomplish in life ... weather it be weight loss or financial. Satisfaction comes from success. I've never met a satisfied failure.
Reminds me when I went back for my masters degree. I did it for my own satisfaction, not to check the box for my next promotion, like it seemed every other person in my program did.
Success is relative. It is a standard we put to ourselves. No matter how big or small, if we accomplished it and feel satisfied about it, then we are successful.
